I was extremely frustrated with the layout of the room. The bed base was made of cement, and I ended up hurting my toe not once, but twice! Moreover, navigating the bathroom required additional steps, which could easily lead someone to trip and fall. This design flaw is not only inconvenient but also dangerous.

Free Wi-Fi was handy, but breakfast options were limited and service was disorganized.

Mixed Experience, Great Pool

The spacious room offered a nice level of comfort, while the big outdoor pool provided the perfect spot for our family to unwind. However, we faced some check-in delays. I recommend ensuring your arrangements are confirmed beforehand for a smoother arrival. The location is excellent!

Decent stay but.

The room was okay, but we had some issues. It took forever to check-in cause our room wasn't ready at 5:30 PM. They said we were getting breakfast, but that didn’t happen. The bar area was nice for hanging out, though. Just wish the service had been a bit better.

You know, the location was decent, there was even an OXXO right across the street, made grabbing snacks easy. The pool was huge and clean, my kids could enjoy it while I watched from the lounge chairs.
